Life's A Stitch Traveling Pattern

Well hello everyone!

I'm back from my family reunion/vacation.  I will do a follow up post on that after this one!

The traveling pattern truly did travel with me.  I failed to realize when I picked out the teeny tiny 40 count fabric, that it would be quite difficult to stitch on during the car trip.  I had to wait until I took it out in the sunshine to be able to see the holes! My poor eyes! I finally finished the satin stitched border today sitting in the sunshine of course! So I hope you like my version and if you like to stitch it next, please comment on this post letting me know you want to stitch it next.

Details: Stitched on Mirage PTP 40 ct. with threads from VMShoppe, Dinky Dyes and WDW.

Until the next post, happy stitching!!

Anne

That's so pretty, and what gorgeous linen - great choice!
Please don't include me in the next-in-line draw (too much to stitch already...)

Looks beautiful on that fabric. Love the look, but 40 ct would do me in!

At least you could stitch on 40ct! I'm not sure I can , never in a car! A cute little stitch. Pretty colors.

hi Anne!
you did an exquisite job with this! I love all the colours you picked. and I completely understand what you mean about the 40ct.
it really demands shorter stitching sessions.
I'd love to enter in the travelling pattern mix!
enjoy the weekend and happy xxx!

It's looks Beautiful. You did an amazing job of stitching it and love the colors and fabric you used. I had to laugh at your 40ct and you trying to stitch in the car while it was moving. I bet it was a more pleasant stitch to do in the sunshine and sitting still - lol.
I would also love to be entered for the traveling pattern. Thank you.
love Annette

Beautiful finish and a lovely fabric. I've stitched this one already as a TP so I'll let someone else be lucky this time.

Oh my, it's so tiny! I guess ut was really a pain to stitch, but the result is great <3 I love your choice of fabric for this pattern, so bright and summer-ish :D And, even if I've seen this traveling pattern stitched many times before, still when I looked at the picture in my news feed, I thought "Is this the Deathly Hallows sign beteween the roses?" LOL XD

Hello Anne

Your finish is beautiful, lovely colours!
Happy weekend (:

Love the colours you chose. You were very brave using 40 ct fabric - I don't think I'd manage using that, and certainly not while in a car.
Please add my name to your draw - thank you!

Hi Anne! I'm impressed that you can stitch on 40-count without a big old magnifier! I used to have good eyes like that ... sigh! Do not include me in the drawing for the pattern. I just wanted to say you did a great job with it!
